Job Summary:
The Videographer will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging video content that aligns with the organisation's vision and goals. This includes shooting, editing, and organising footage for a variety of platforms and purposes, ranging from corporate events to creative projects. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic storyteller who can bring ideas to life through video and animation, as per creative briefs provided by stakeholders within the organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute the Vision, Mission and Objectives of CTU.
- Interpret the creative brief by the Content & Community Manager and develop a project plan.
- Assess and organize video production logistics, including equipment, locations, and schedules.
- Lead the end-to-end video production process, ensuring content meets or exceeds the brief's expectations (includes shooting, lighting, audio, and color grading).
- Shoot digital videos for Corporate Training Unlimited & Creative & Technology Universitas.
- Proficiently edit videos using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other editing tools to create polished final products.
- Innovate and conceptualise video content for different market segments for TikTok/Reels.
- Basic script writing abilities to promote and advertise the organisation.
- Direct and coordinate video shoots, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Demonstrate accountability for service delivery through meticulous effort and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with others to achieve individual results within company requirements.
- Excel in time management and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms such as YouTube, Shorts, Reels & TikTok & internal content for onboarding processes and more.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications:
- Relevant Qualifications in Videography, Motion Graphics or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in videography and video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of projects.
Competencies:
- Expertise in videography and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Advanced editing skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in animation and the ability to create dynamic video content.
- Solid foundation in photography to support video projects as needed.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ethical professional behavior and a strong work ethic.
