Who are we looking for: A Marketing Production Coordinator.
What will you do:
- Project coordination: working with the internal marketing teams coordinating all projects from brief to delivery
- Content scheduling and delivery
- Vendor management
- Budget management
- Quality control
- Campaign support
- Very busy environment with high-quality outputs affecting all parts of the business from internal communications, events, sales and distribution, HR, product collateral etc.
- Handle multiple projects, interface at senior level, is very organised, intelligent, can learn to understand the business and understands the marketing production environment (concept, design, copy, proofing, print, digital, etc)
What do you need:
- Studio management experience
- Can handle pressure and deadlines easily
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience in marketing production, project coordination, or a similar role
- Familiarity with marketing processes and production workflows
- Proficiency in project management tools and content scheduling software
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
