Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & HubSpot CRM Administration:
- Sales Team Assistance: Provide administrative support to the sales teams by organizing sales reports, managing pipelines.
- Sales Documentation: Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other materials for client pitches and meetings.
- Lead Management: Manage and assign inbound leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and proper tracking within the CRM.
- Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits of the CRM to ensure data integrity and accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies and keeping the CRM functioning optimally for both sales and marketing purposes.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly sales reports from HubSpot, tracking key sales metrics and KPIs for the sales and management teams.
Administrative Support:
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between sales and marketing to ensure smooth workflow and alignment across departments.
- General Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and ad hoc requests from the Head of Marketing/ Marketing Manager.
Marketing Assistance:
- Content Support: Assist the marketing team with basic copywriting for newsletters, blog posts, and social media content that aligns with the company’s brand and objectives.
- Email Campaigns: Support the creation and scheduling of email newsletters and marketing automation tasks using HubSpot or other platforms.
- Collateral Coordination: Help organize marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and other sales support documents.
- Event Support: Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing events, webinars, or any client-facing initiatives.
Sales & Marketing Alignment:
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Ensure close alignment between sales and marketing ePorts by fostering consistent communication and shared goals.
- Lead Ǫualification: Support the alignment of marketing campaigns with sales goals by helping to qualify leads generated through marketing ePorts and ensuring they are properly tracked in the CRM.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with sales teams to ensure the smooth handoP of client information from prospecting to service delivery.
Key Attributes:
- CRM Expertise: Strong experience managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and ePective sales tracking.
- Sales Support Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordinator role, with a focus on administrative duties and lead management.
- Marketing Collaboration: Familiarity with basic marketing tasks such as copywriting, email marketing, and campaign coordination.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft OPice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using sales enablement platforms, email marketing software, and CRM tools.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support both internal teams and client-facing interactions.
- Team Player: Ability to work well across diPerent departments, ensuring that the needs of both sales and marketing are met.
