Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Tactical Delivery:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with Mahindra's overall business goals.
- Plan and implement tactical campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential channels.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
- Ensure effective communication of tactical plans to dealer networks and stakeholders.
Pricing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to define competitive pricing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions.
- Support the implementation of promotional pricing and dealer incentives.
- Monitor pricing effectiveness and make recommendations to optimize margins and market share.
Post-Launch Campaigns:
- Manage the rollout of post-launch marketing activities to sustain interest and drive continued sales performance.
- Develop communication plans for aftersales services, warranty extensions, and customer loyalty programs.
- Track post-launch performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Dealer Network Support:
- Work closely with the dealer network to ensure alignment with national marketing campaigns.
- Provide marketing toolkits, collateral, and digital assets to dealers.
- Organize dealer engagement programs to improve showroom traffic and sales conversion.
- Support local area marketing initiatives with strategic guidance and approval processes.
ROI Measurement:
- Track the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics, including leads, sales, and ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Compliance & OEM Coordination:
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to Mahindra’s brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.
- Maintain compliance with OEM regulations and legal requirements.
- Serve as the key liaison with Mahindra Global/Regional OEM teams for approvals, reporting, and alignment.
- Implement and uphold standards across all dealer and corporate marketing touchpoints.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in automotive marketing or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of dealer networks, product marketing, and tactical campaign execution.
- Proven experience in pricing strategy and post-launch marketing activities.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience measuring ROI.
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of OEM compliance and automotive industry standards.
