Job Summary
Brand Development and Maintenance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain brand manuals for each company, covering:
o Logos and branding guidelines.
o Color palettes and typography.
o Stock images and photography styles.
o Usage guidelines for all brand materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
Design and Content Creation:
- Create and update product brochures and financial planning reports.
- Design and maintain internal and external company documentation (e.g., client folders, forms, and promotional materials).
- Develop and update visual materials for client events, banners, promotional items, and business cards.
- Create presentation slide decks for both internal and external use.
- Design and distribute newsletters, digital and print communications.
- Manage design elements for the company’s website and keep content up to date.
Website and Digital Content Management:
- Maintain and update company websites, ensuring they reflect the latest communication.
- Create and manage content across social media platforms.
- Develop digital assets and content that align with marketing campaigns and the brand identity.
Client Communication and Campaigns:
- Utilise Zoho CRM to manage and distribute bulk email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, and social media posts.
- Coordinate and schedule digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyse and report on the performance of campaigns to improve engagement and outreach.
Print and Production Management:
- Oversee the printing process for brochures, banners, promotional items, and any other required print materials.
- Coordinate with printing suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
Marketing Strategy and Support:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align designs and campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and creative input on marketing strategies to enhance brand reach and client engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advise on the implementation of new marketing tools and technologies.
Event Marketing:
- Assist in organising and promoting client events, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Develop event-related marketing materials, including invitations, flyers, banners, and digital ads.
Training and Development:
- Participate in Zoho CRM training and maintain proficiency in the platform for ongoing campaign management.
- Continuously develop skills related to design, social media, and content management.
Key Skilled Required:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with website management platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM or willingness to learn.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of branding and marketing strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
