Job Summary
Our client, a leading domiciliary optician in the South East of England, is seeking an enthusiastic Home-Based Virtual Marketing Administrator to support their team in George, Western Cape (South Africa).
Their mission is to inform and provide more people with great NHS-funded services. Over the past 12 months, they have expanded their offerings to include optometry, wax removals, and a pharmacy partnership, further enhancing their service to the UK's most vulnerable populations. They prioritize a culture of care, which is crucial to their success. The ideal candidate will align with this ethos and help foster a positive impact.
Responsibilities:
This varied role involves supporting all administrative and marketing procedures within the team, including:
- Procuring new business and managing recall business through mail campaigns, in line with the company's marketing objectives.
- Confirming appointments.
- Following up on quotations and processing payments.
- Collaborating with the marketing team and receiving full support from the Head Office.
- Managing the marketing team's diaries.
About you:
- Possess excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and customer service skills while developing a basic knowledge of optometry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Fast learner with a can-do attitude who can work independently
