About the role
Managing clients’ requests and responding timeously to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining good work ethics, while liaising with network dealers and providing progress reports. Understanding the coordination of quality controls to ensure that deliverables meet requirements. To ensure an updated and accurate project schedule report.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress, keep track of project expenses, and predict future costs.
- Maintaining records, coordinating, and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation and reporting of project analysis under the supervision of a project manager.
- Understand vehicle maintenance, repair implications, and driver safety best practices.
- Manage schedules, arrange assignments, and communicate the project performance to the project manager.
- Create and update workflows.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal and external key stakeholders.
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Integrating fleet data into existing software systems.
Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Fleet Management Diploma/ Degree or Transport and Logistics Management.
- South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
- Must not have taken part in the YES Programme before.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical, Administrative, and Negotiation skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and preparedness to work overtime, when required.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal), attention to details and good interpersonal.
