Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the office is presentable and well-maintained.
- Taking minutes from various briefs and meetings.

- Must have reliable transportation – Own vehicle is highly advantageous

Qualifications:
- Matric
- Tertiary education is an added bonus
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred.
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday (7.30 am - 4.30 pm)
Friday (7.30 am - 2pm)
Remuneration: R10 000 - R12 000 monthly
