Job Summary
A full-service, multi-disciplinary agency is looking for an Integrated Creative Director to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of creative concepts that communicate to a target audience within the scope of the brand and creative brief supplied
- Be an inspiration to their team whilst providing them with mentorship and career development
- Identify organic and unique growth opportunities across all markets and platforms
- Ensure proper workflow and integrated output through coordinating between Creative and other departments
- Partner with Strategy and Business Directors to ensure projects are delivered on strategy and to high standards of quality and creativity
- Conflict resolution and creative problem solving – anticipate potential project problems and create solutions/contingency plans
- Researching and exploring best practice and trends and communicate them with the team
- Ensure work is delivered on brief, on time and to budget
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Creative Director within a reputable Advertising Agency (preferably from an art background)
- Lives our values by being courageous, curious and collaborative
- Demonstrate innovative out-of-the-box ideation with a portfolio that demonstrates this (ideally award-winning)
- Experience having worked across all channels / in a fully integrated nature
- Understanding client needs and partnering with them to deliver quality work
- Plan and execute work in a timely and efficient manner
- Team player who will lead by example and focuses on staff development
