Service Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hygiene care service industry.
• Grade 12 and / or Diploma in Operations Management.
• Valid driver’s license.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent client-facing abilities.
• Leadership and motivation qualities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Sense of urgency and strong people management skills.
• Good understanding of industry technology.
• Competence in IR / HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all branch services and ensure quality delivery.
• Manage assets, stock, and warehouse operations.
• Conduct customer visits and problem resolution.
• Supervise vehicle maintenance, stock loading/unloading, and staff training.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Manage installations, maintenance tickets, and withdrawals.
• Coordinate and maintain client and employee safety files, including medicals and inductions.
• Drive performance through monitoring and achieving KPIs.
