Job Duties:
- Coordinating sales activities and initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Managing and tracking sales orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries
- Assisting sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Education:
Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related position
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practises
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
