Ceramic/ Tile External Sales Rep (CT, PE, KZN,LIMPOPO)
Purpose
We are looking for experienced Sales Representatives to sell and supply in the South African region. This employee will be include assisting businesses owners,homeowners and designers with color and product selections for corporate and residential projects.
Main Functions
Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in assigned territory.
Achieve & exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans & schedules to identify sales prospects, targets, and/or markets to project number of contacts to be made.
Manage, call on, and sell Goodwill products directly to customers in assigned territory. Follow up on leads & referrals resulting from field activity.
Establish rapport & maintain regular contact with existing customers & new customers (particularly key accounts).
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, introduce new products & product upgrades.
Actively engage in planned prospecting activities geared at increasing the customer base & continually increasing your market share.
Prepare, present, and maintain quotes, proposals, pricing, credit terms, and changes to contracts to customers.
Identify and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain a professional image at all times through personal actions & initiatives.
Prepare reports as assigned relative to activity, expenses, lost orders, closings, follow-up, and performance.
Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls to potential customers.
