Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales and Customer Service:
- Meet showroom sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Provide expert product knowledge and tailor advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Manage Showroom Operations:
- Oversee stock management, merchandising, and showroom presentation.
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and meets brand standards.
- Handle daily cash-ups, payment processing, and resolve invoicing issues.
- Conduct regular stock takes and report missing or damaged items.

Lead and Motivate the Team:
- Recruit, train, and manage showroom staff, ensuring high performance.
- Hold regular team meetings, set goals, and provide feedback.
- Maintain a positive work environment and ensure staff meet company standards.

Financial Management:
- Manage cash flow, budgets, and financial reporting.
- Ensure adherence to financial procedures for payments and collections.
- Oversee showroom expenditure and ensure costs align with the approved budget.

Facilities and Maintenance:
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, including cleanliness and equipment servicing.
- Follow proper opening and closing procedures, including security checks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in showroom management and leadership.
- Strong background in customer service and sales.
- Ability to manage staff, showroom standards, and financial processes.
- Knowledge of budgets, cash flow, and reporting.
