Job Summary
We are looking for a Dynamic Change Manager to Join our Team based in Cape Town.
This is an initial 12-month contract- hybrid
Responsibilities include:
- Strong focus on the people impacts of the change and managing the changes as they unfold within the various impacted stakeholder groups.
- Lead the design and execution of organization-wide change strategy including defining key success criteria and continuous measuring of the effectiveness of change activities.
- Work closely with senior leadership to craft strategies that are sustainable and deliver long-term value.
- Align change initiatives with the business’ goals; ensure that change efforts support the overarching business objectives.
- Advise senior leadership on change management best practices and implications.
- Ensure change is embedded within the organization’s culture and drive the strategic imperative driver (in this case, Digitization).
- Direct management of change across various teams and resources across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the people change is managed end-to-end.
- End-user support throughout the project including during Business-as-Usual transition.
- Detailed Business Change Reports that can drive decisions and are able to show the impacts in real time as the initiatives are rolled out against the phases of the project.
- Complete Change Governance.
