Job Summary
As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, offering an exceptional customer experience through expert knowledge, personalized service, and a passion for luxury. You will work with high-net-worth individuals and offer them exclusive access to premium products, ensuring they receive the highest standards of service. Your goal will be to build long-lasting relationships with customers, helping them find the perfect luxury items tailored to their needs and desires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Provide a personalized, high-touch service to each customer, cultivating relationships and building customer loyalty.
- Anticipate client needs and preferences to offer tailored advice and recommendations.
- Maintain and expand a portfolio of VIP clients through excellent communication, service, and follow-up.
- Sales & Product Knowledge
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling luxury goods, including high-end fashion, watches, jewellery, and accessories.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, product launches, and the history behind the luxury brands represented.
- Provide expert product knowledge to customers, offering in-depth information on the quality, design, and heritage of products.
- In-Store Presentation
- Ensure that the store is visually appealing, with merchandise displayed to reflect the brand’s image and standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and keeping the sales floor organized and tidy.
- Client Events & Marketing
- Participate in exclusive events, product launches, and promotional activities to build brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Represent the brand at local and international luxury events, maintaining the brand’s reputation and prestige.
- Team Collaboration & Training
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience and share sales strategies and best practices.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or fine jewellery sales is highly preferred. Alternatively, experience in premium sales environments (e.g., fine dining, luxury hospitality) can be considered.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury products and brands, with a genuine passion for the industry.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse and discerning clientele.
- Presentation: A polished, professional appearance with a keen sense of style and attention to detail.
- Customer Focused: Ability to listen to clients and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Fluency in Multiple Languages (optional): Fluency in additional languages is a plus, particularly for international clientele.
