Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and organized Property Admin Assistant to support our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients and suppliers, assisting with documentation, handling phone calls, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities. The role also involves assisting with lease applications, occasionally showing clients the proposed properties, and managing general office administration.
Client and Supplier Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, handling inquiries and providing information.
Coordinate with clients to schedule property viewings, meetings, and lease signings.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of necessary items.
Documentation and Lease Applications:
Assist with the preparation, review, and management of lease agreements and related documents.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and filed in an organized manner.
Support clients in completing lease applications and other required paperwork.
Office Administration:
Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Order and maintain stock of office supplies, stationeries, cleaning chemicals, and other necessary items.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance and cleaning services as needed.
Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
