Job Summary
Our client in the Property Sector is currently looking for a Bookkeeper to join their finance team as soon as possible in Observatory.
Duties Include:
- All general Bookkeeping duties.
- All Payroll functions.
- EMP201 Returns.
- EMP501 Returns.
- UIF submissions.
- Bookkeeping up to trial balance.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Accounts receivable - Bill of Quantities, Claims, Invoicing and Debt Collection.
- Creditors reconciliations.
- Other duties that would be requested from time to time.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years bookkeeping experience.
- Knowledge of Payroll software Sage.
- Knowledge of Accounting software Sage One.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet month-end deadlines.
- Knowledge of stock orders , delivery notes and purchase orders.
- A team player.
- Own reliable transport.
- Willingness to learn and self-develop.
- Need to be able to work from home.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting or Finance
- Certificates minimum requirement
Location: Observatory .
Salary: R18 000 to R20 000 a month (depending on experience).
Starting date: As soon as possible.
