Role Overview:
As a Marketing Data Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our clients' sponsorships by managing the measurement process and delivering actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to enhance our clients' marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture the client's sponsorship measurement model.
- Spearhead 'impact marketing' as a central business objective, ensuring efficient measurement and reporting on clients' campaigns and sponsorships.
- Gather, assess and leverage pertinent marketing and sponsorship data to generate actionable insights and strategic plans.
- Formulate and deliver comprehensive reports to clients, pinpointing areas for enhancement and spotlighting the triumphs of campaigns.
- Lead the incorporation of software tools, including SQL, Power BI and external marketing measurement tools.
- Foster connections with clients and partners, facilitating the acquisition of essential data for reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the Sponsorship Analytics Executive to construct and uphold a repository of historical information.
- Infuse data insights into the overarching campaign strategy, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing analytics
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, marketing, or similar qualification, with courses in data analysis
Knowledge:
- Basic proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with data visualisation in Power BI (Advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas
- Understanding of key metrics for measuring the success of marketing/sponsorship campaigns
- Strong knowledge of data analytics methods
