Senior Interior Architect

Hire Resolve is looking for a motivated Interior Architect to join our client's growing team in Westville, KZN. If you're passionate about interior design/architecture, enjoy solving problems, and can independently manage projects from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Minimum 3-year bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture (or a 3-year interior design diploma if you have the right technical skills and experience).
- At least 5 years of industry experience, with 2+ years as a project lead or senior designer, ideally in high-end commercial projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit is a MUST, along with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Ability to collaborate on complex Revit models using work-sharing and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Experience creating detailed 2D drawings and layouts in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of construction and joinery details with high attention to accuracy.
- Ability to review consultant layouts, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Good eye for creating 3D views in Revit or SketchUp; experience with realistic rendering software like Lumion or Enscape is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with skills in developing schedules and presentations.
- Capable of working independently and confidently leading meetings with clients, suppliers, and teams.
- Strong work ethic, excellent time management, and communication skills to meet project deadlines.
- Organized and efficient in project planning, management, and budgeting.
- This position is based in our Westville offices (no hybrid work). A driver's license and own transport are required.
