Brand and Eminence Leader The Brand & Eminence Leader will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic marketing direction and brand positioning of the business. As part of the leadership team, the Brand & Eminence Leader will lead all marketing functions to enhance market presence, foster client relationships, and generate new business opportunities. This role requires an experienced and visionary leader who can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and business goals. The Brand & Eminence Leader will focus on elevating the firm''''s market positioning, thought leadership, and market share while overseeing digital marketing, branding, client acquisition and external communications. The individual will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all contact points with our brand are exceptional, consistent and cohesive. The Brand & Eminence Leader will also be intimately involved in the brand and marketing strategies of the new businesses that we commercialise with clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Drive strategic brand management, marketing and communications related to all internal and external communication and stakeholder engagement; Serve as the brand and communications strategic advisor to business leaders and stakeholders across the business; Design and co-ordinate media campaigns, advertising and all PR visibility on print, online and social media increasing internal and external brand awareness; Oversee and where appropriate develop brand related content and collateral, including narrative and messaging, brochures, reports, executive summaries, FAQs, case studies, web and social media copy, digital assets and more; Provide expertise in ensuring internal and external communications are impactful and appropriately represent the voice of the business and our brand; Annual planning and execution of key brand and communication initiatives, including the planning and managing of budgets; Collaborate across the organisation and with external service providers to design and deliver exceptional brand, marketing and digital content and campaigns; Manage external service providers, including setting up and managing projects and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget; Define the key outcome metrics to monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of our marketing and communication processes and initiatives; Support the definition and execution of the brand, marketing and communication strategies for the businesses that the business commercialise with clients; Lead the planning of internal and external events and conferences. Qualifications and requirements: Degree in Marketing and a post graduate business-related qualification 10+ years experience in the professional services industry, partnering with C-level executives and other internal stakeholders, in a brand, marketing and communications role A deep understanding of integrated brand and communications and digital strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results. Previous experience with responsibility for the development and execution of fully coordinated marketing campaigns across different platforms Easily collaborate with cross-functional partners and counterparts Comfortable in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment and you have the maturity to bring stability to challenging situations Able to work autonomously in an unstructured environment Bring a positive outlook and the ability to motivate and inspire those around you Familiar with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts Creative and a confident communicator Strong writing and editing skills. Salary - R1.4 - R1.8 mill pa CTC
