Job Summary
We are seeking an EB Administration Manage r to join our team. As an EB Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that employee benefits programs run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, administrative skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues.  What youâ€ll do: Daily management of personnel, including stipulated performance appraisal, management of absence, oversight, and coordination of required training. Supervision of the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and employees. Assistance with the investigation and follow-up actions resulting from client complaints or internal mandatory improvement requests Understanding and management of incoming work fluctuations and tasks within the department to ensure good quality of service delivery. Maintenance of client and member SLAs and ensuring the department stays within SLA by monitoring the teamâ€s delivery output. Adherence and compliance to legislation, policy, and procedures. Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, procedures, and objectives. Provision of training on products, provider requirements, and processes to employees. Planning, managing, and presenting team/department meetings as required including the taking and distribution of minutes. Managing of service provider and administrator relationships and escalating cases where required, including the arrangement of portal access at the relevant service providers and/or administrators. Monitoring of billing to ensure deadlines and requirements are met. Management of Binder Front-Office functionality, including preparation of monthly reports and annual audits to ensure compliance with the Binder SLA. Your expertise: Minimum 7 years†management function-related experience in employee benefits administration Proficient in advanced Excel Advanced knowledge on employee benefits rules, FICA, FAIS and TCF Advanced knowledge of employee benefits processes Qualifications required: Regulatory Examination Certificate (RE5): Representative NQF Level 5 (120 credits) Certificate of Proficiency Business administration qualification or equivalent Management qualification or equivalent Other information applicable to the opportunity: Permanent Position Location: Midrand Work Environment: Office Bound (Onsite) Â
