Position Overview: The Marketing Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team, assisting with the execution of various marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement. Ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging across all platforms. Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Support in content creation for digital platforms, including social media posts, newsletters, and website updates. Help manage the companys social media presence, including scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and providing feedback to optimize future campaigns. Campaign Coordination: Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events. Track campaign performance, ensuring they stay within budget and meet established objectives. Content Management & Editing: Draft and edit marketing materials such as blog posts, email content, and promotional materials. Maintain an organized repository of marketing assets for easy access and future use. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities. Collect data on marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Administrative & Logistical Support: Coordinate schedules, assist with booking meetings, and handle other administrative tasks related to marketing operations. Work with external vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives. Professional Development: Participate in relevant training programs, workshops, and industry events to continuously develop marketing expertise. Gain experience using a range of marketing and analytics tools. Qualifications and Skills: Education: A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with a strong emphasis on marketing. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign execution. Skills & Competencies: Solid understanding of marketing principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to create compelling copy. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams). Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics , social media management tools , and CRM systems . A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
