Job Summary
HR MANAGER PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives covering South Africa and another country that align with the company''s overall objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage a wide range of HR functions. Desired candidates should be able to spearhead all HR initiatives with strong management skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Responsible for all HR-related matters for the company including South Africa and another country ● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company''s goals and values. ● Coordinate the both onboarding and offboarding processes, including facilitating new employee orientation. ● Oversee all recruitment processes and efforts. ● Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work culture. ● Develop and administer employee benefits programs. ● Develop and administer employee engagement initiatives. ● Coordinate performance management processes, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and professional development planning. ● Oversee HR administration tasks. ● Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues. ● Manage staff in the SA HR Department, including the recruitment and training teams. ● Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management. ● Identify and implement best HR practices and strategies across the board. ● Oversee and manage all HR operations and employee relations, administration and reporting. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: ● Bachelor''s degree in human resources, industrial psychology, business, or related field ● Three years minimum previous experience as a HR Manager ● Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) ● Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations ● Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects ● Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management ● Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently ● Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills ● Encouraging team and staff; able to mentor and lead ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions This position is fully remote and working hours are 10H00 - 19H00 every day, due to the company being a global company. Benefits and tax must be taken care of by the employee. Own cellphone and ability work from home required (i.e wifi / power etc). Can be based in JHB, CT or KZN Salary - R40 - R60kpm
