Senior Digital Marketing Strategist - Agency role Key Roles & Responsibilities: Drive strategic digital thinking within the agency and with clients. Deeply understand clients, their businesses, objectives their brands. Present to digitally savvy C-suite clients, leading discussions that build trust and establish the agencys thought leadership. Be the agency's go-to expert for digital insights and recommendations and lead digital innovation by staying ahead of new trends and developments. Proactively develop strategies, measurement plans, and proposals that add value for both teams and clients. Strategic Work Deliver comprehensive reports, research, analysis, audits, planning, pitches, and strategy presentations to help teams and clients achieve their goals. Develop digital strategies including behavior analysis, customer personas, segmentation, online consumer journeys, best practice channel recommendations and landscape analysis. Produce work that spans across various platforms, including websites, apps, e-commerce platforms, SEO, social media, content, influencer marketing, direct marketing, eCRM, and performance marketing. Continuously conduct competitor, industry, trend and digital landscape reviews to keep strategies cutting-edge and competitive. Tools Proficiency: Comfortable with MAC, Microsoft Office, Google products, and tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Search Console, Falcon, Brandwatch, GWI, Similar Web, AWR, Screaming Frog, and Stellar. Adaptability: Demonstrated grasp of emerging digital tools and trends. Be Mobile: A valid, driver's license and own transport is essential. For this role you will need the ability to attend workshops, client meetings and presentations. Education Requirements Relevant Degree/Diploma in advertising, marketing, communication science, or a related field. Proven Expertise: Experience as a Digital Strategist or Digital Marketing Manager, specialising in channel strategies, insights, and e-commerce journeys. 3 years + in a leadership role 5 years + Strategy experience
