Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Activities:
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and market trends.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Participate in meetings and help in building relationships with prospective clients.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Tender and Bids Administration
- Manage and coordinate the entire tender and bids process, ensuring timely submission of proposals.
- Review tender and bids requests, analyze requirements, and prepare comprehensive bid packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Track and monitor tender submissions and outcomes, maintaining accurate records.
Marketing Support:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
- Support the analysis of marketing data and performance metrics.
- Help organize and promote events, webinars, and other marketing activities.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
