Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee all aspects of production within our clients beverage manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, ensuring product quality, managing the production team, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The Production Manager must have a strong background in the beverage industry and a proven track record of success in managing production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in regional End-to-End Sales and Operational Planning
- Contribute to and execute the Material Plan for the region
- Align Daily Production Schedule with customer requirements
- Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager to ensure order fulfillment on cost, quality, and time
- Monitor production to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Oversee end-to-end Production/Manufacturing in the region
- Supervise syrup production per standards, policies, and safety guidelines
- Maintain infrastructure to optimize capacity and availability
- Monitor and ensure SHERQ compliance in the region
- Enforce Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
- Ensure adherence to food safety, health regulations, and personal hygiene policies
- Implement contamination control measures
- Follow health and safety precautions and incident reporting procedures
- Stay updated on policies, processes, and compliance requirements
- Attend and enforce training related to Quality, Food Safety, and Health & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work environment
- Participate in operational planning and budgeting
- Drive continuous improvement in operational practices and systems
- Ensure compliance with operational and financial standards
- Manage cost drivers and mitigate financial risks
- Ensure sufficient staffing and manage employee performance effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline. (Non-Negotiable)
- At least 5 years of experience in production management within the beverage or bottling industry
- Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control measures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the food and beverage industry
