Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Staff Management Operational Oversight Quality Assurance & Compliance Resource Managemen Budget Management Collaboration & Communication Patient Experience & Safety Continuous Improvement Qualifications & Skills Educational Requirements : A degree or diploma in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in theatre management or surgery (e.g., perioperative nursing) are highly desirable. Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or theatre management role, preferably in a hospital or surgical center environment. Leadership Skills : Proven experience in leading teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team. Organizational Skills : Excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Theatre Operations : Strong understanding of surgical procedures, theatre workflow, infection control standards, and health and safety protocols. Technical Competencies : Familiarity with theatre management software, scheduling systems, and electronic health records (EHR).
