We are currently seeking a Cleaner to oversee the upkeep of our facilities and execute cleaning and maintenance tasks. The primary objective is to ensure our building maintains a tidy and organized environment.
Responsibilities:
Clean, replenish, and manage specified areas within the facility (such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and restrooms).
Conduct regular inspections and upkeep activities, documenting as necessary.
Undertake intensive cleaning duties and special projects as required.
Report any deficiencies or repair needs to management promptly.
Perform minor adjustments and repairs when necessary.
Maintain and organize supply rooms adequately stocked.
Collaborate effectively with other staff members.
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
Requirements and Skills:
Demonstrated experience working as a Cleaner.
Proficiency in handling heavy machinery and equipment.
Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies.
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
Integrity in carrying out responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
