Global Strategic Management Consulting Firm is currently recruiting within their dynamic team of Transport Consulting Specialists.
Working primarily on Transport projects, your primary role will be to support the delivery of their transport portfolio with an emphasis being placed on your data, financial and business analysis expertise.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Producing high quality research and analysis on subject area, in relation to project needs including in relation to financial and economic considerations.
- Conducting literature reviews, summarizing material, synthesizing information, analyzing content and data, and bringing added value and insight to the information collated.
- Drafting reports and other forms of documentation for clients and partners.
- Preparing presentations to capture key findings, project outcomes, and / or project approach.
- Supporting the broader practice as a resource by conducting research, analysis, report writing, or other assistance on projects not related to specialist area if the need arises.
- Assisting with project co-ordination, project logistics and administration.
- Participating in and contributing to client-meetings.
- Assisting with, contributing to, and taking ownership of project deliverables or components of deliverables.
- Sound analysis and structuring of a deliverable.
- Contribute to proposal development.
Key qualification, skills and attributes:
- A graduate qualification, preference for an analytical field (finance/commerce, economics, mathematics, engineering, the sciences) (Must have a track-record of academic excellence)
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in one of the following sectors: Finance, Economics, Management and / or Strategy Consulting with exposure to financial and/or economic considerations
- Solid and proven MS Excel skills (advanced)
- Must demonstrate or have a track record of leadership or entrepreneurial aptitude
- Demonstrated ability to draft reports and presentations for client engagement
- Good exposure to research, analysis, synthesis and problem-solving
- Must demonstrate strong numeracy capabilities
- Must be able to think logically and independently
- Must have interdisciplinary interests and skills, and able to work across sectors
Advantageous:
- Understanding of business planning, financial analysis and / or financial modelling
- Fluency in multiple African languages with a strong command of English
