What You’ll Do:
- Prioritise and manage workloads across design, analytics, and development teams.
- Continually innovate the company DB approach – with a focus on Salesforce optimisation.
- Be responsible for Salesforce optimisation in both a short-term and long-term perspective.
- Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across geographies.
- Monitor performance, drive scalability, and guide a talented team to success.
- Liaise with our established data team to prioritise tasks for client campaigns and ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee overall improvement of data quality and data points such as revenue size, employee size, and industry categorisation.
- Manage the use of third-party data collection platforms like Lusha, Seamless AI, and Signal Hire, optimising credit usage to prevent overuse and inefficiencies.
- Create automations to regularly analyse data quality and ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies.
- Consult with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to build a shared understanding of the problem and solution whilst providing support for scope and delivery decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally with demand generation agencies or SaaS companies.
- Proven track record optimising Salesforce strategy.
- Experience managing multiple projects, driving growth, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills and technical acumen, especially in Salesforce optimisation, big data set analysis, and front-end app development.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to create strategies that continually improve data quality and drive operational efficiency.
