Job Summary
Duties & responsibilities:
- Assist Business Unit Directors and the Client Service Director in the execution of account plans/strategies
- Identify, develop and maintain key client relationships
- Link key clients to executive management
- Proactively identify opportunities for new business or for introducing other services into established accounts
- Lead new client onboarding processes
- Take the lead in most strategic client meetings
- Manage Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Executives in their execution of the account plan
- Manage client expectations and deal with client challenges as they arise
- Have an above-average knowledge of digital tools, trends, platforms, and channels
Experience:
- 10 - 15 years of experience in a digital marketing/advertising role
- Bachelor’s degree or recognised diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Post-graduate qualifications are an added bonus
- Strong understanding of Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and associated administrative tools
