Responsibilities
- Manage all HR-related tasks, including HR process flow, payroll, and employee relations.
- Oversee HR administration, benefits onboarding, and communication with fund managers.
- Maintain accurate HR data and regularly update leadership on HR metrics.
- Oversee monthly payroll submission to the finance team.
- Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive organizational change.
- Support leadership in managing organizational changes with effective communication plans.
- Develop and manage performance management systems.
- Facilitate performance reviews and establish frameworks for improvement and recognition.
- Address incapacity issues related to performance or health.
- Identify and address skill gaps through tailored training programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with industry and regulatory standards.
- Foster a positive workplace culture prioritizing employee wellbeing.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Update and improve the digital employee experience.
- Manage recruitment processes, from job postings to hiring decisions.
- Ensure effective onboarding to integrate new hires seamlessly.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and financial industry regulations.
- Regularly update HR policies and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Resolve employee grievances and manage conflicts per HR policies.
- Oversee disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
- Review and manage competitive compensation packages in collaboration with finance.
- Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in organizational development, change management, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of financial industry regulations and HR implications.
- Effective leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- 3–8 years of HR Management or equivalent experience, preferably in the finance industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and managing HR initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Planning, organizing, and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Logical and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Adaptability, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
