My UK-based client is looking for SA-based Recruitment Consultants for a fully remote opportunity. Ideal candidates should have 2 years of recruitment experience in Construction/Building Services. Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a Recruitment Agency (International experience will be an advantage)
- Industry experience in BUILDING SERVICES, including roles such as MEP Design, Property & Construction, Engineering, Design Engineering, and Building Services Consultancy.
- A determined 'Can-do' attitude with high energy, attention to detail, and reliability.
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- A sense of humour to keep things light and enjoyable.
- A remote office setup with a reliable internet connection and laptop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from writing job adverts, screening and interviewing candidates to managing them through the recruitment process.
- Maintain consistent monthly billings, demonstrating a proven track record in a recruitment agency environment.
- Conduct daily meetings with the supporting team to catch up and engage in general discussions.
- Ongoing training will be provided to help you grow and succeed in your role.
