Role Summary:
The Senior Internal Recruiter will lead and manage the recruitment process for both corporate and field positions within Cash Crusaders. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and securing high-quality talent that aligns with the company’s culture and values, contributing to our commitment to people’s growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent for various roles, ensuring alignment with Cash Crusaders’ values and business goals.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct interviews using both behavioral and competency-based techniques to assess candidate fit.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Pipelining: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Work with the marketing team to promote Cash Crusaders as an employer of choice.
- Data and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and provide regular reports.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a corporate or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Basic understanding of recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Awareness of current recruitment trends and best practices.
