Job Description
Train staff and manage training requirements
Compile and administer the annual training budget
Ensure accurate training records are kept up to date and that the requirements of the Skills Development Act & related legislation are met
Initiate and drive impactful Organizational Development projects
Schedule training interventions based on needs analyses
Qualification & Skills
Completed degree (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role
Must have experience with Organizational development (OD)
Must have experience researching training methods
Must have experience with Learning and Development
