What are we looking for: A results-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. While our focus is in the education sector, this role welcomes candidates with a background in e-commerce or other high-performance industries who can craft data-driven strategies to maximise ROI and amplify brand visibility.
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative and passionate about leveraging paid media to drive growth. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to create, execute and refine campaigns that engage diverse audiences and achieve measurable outcomes.
What you will do:
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring alignment with KPIs like CTR, conversions and ROAS
- Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, copy and targeting to maximise efficiency
- Audience Targeting and Optimisation:
- Develop detailed audience personas and refine targeting strategies to ensure campaigns reach the right users
- Use retargeting, lookalike audiences and custom segmentation to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights to guide optimisations
- Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges and recommendations
- Keep stakeholders informed of campaign progress and results in a clear, concise manner
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad visuals and copy
- Partner with the content team to ensure landing pages align with ad messaging and optimise conversion rates
- Staying Current:
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates and emerging ad technologies
- Experiment with new paid media strategies to stay ahead of competitors
What you must have:
- 6+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through paid advertising
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager and Excel
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation and attribution models
- Ability to craft data-driven strategies and manage budgets effectively
Preferred:
- Experience in the education sector, e-commerce, or performance-driven industries
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and remarketing strategies
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and their interplay with paid media
- Knowledge of landing page optimisation tools (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage) or CRO techniques
