- Qualification in Marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in a farm setting.
- Creative and Innovative in bringing Marketing ideas.
- Ability to communicate effectively, especially if engaging with the local community/customer or participating in educational activities.
- Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.
- South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
