Basic Profile – Life Fitness Customer Service Representative
Languages: Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
Experience: At least 6 months in customer service, preferably in a contact centre environment.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and handling basic troubleshooting inquiries.
Availability: Open to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
Location: Based in South Africa.
