Job Summary
Our client in the Packaging Industry is seeking a detail oriented Customer Service Representative with strong multi-tasking capabilities, critical thinking skills and a high sense of urgency. Ideally to be able to start soonest (latest 8 January 2025)
Responsibilities:
- Actively engaging in new business development opportunities by cold calling, prospecting and generating new leads.
- Interacting with customers by phone, email and/or in person to receive orders cancellations, and changes for product or to clarify needs/requirements.
- Interfacing with other internal departments to facilitate order flow process.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience within the packaging industry preferred
- High energy go getter
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Willing to learn the business
- Able to work to deadlines
- Target driven
- Own reliable motor vehicle as this is a client facing position
Salary comprises of a Basic, plus fuel card, plus commission.
