Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts, driving revenue and profitability.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key account performance, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NDip or Degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in key account management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in managing key client relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities for business expansion.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
