Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead our QC team, implement structured quality processes, and ensure consistent quality across both in-house operations and external CMT partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the QC department, ensuring all quality control processes align with Ciovita’s premium standards.
- Develop and implement structured QC processes to enhance efficiency and maintain uniform quality across production partners.
- Conduct and oversee quality checks throughout all production stages, both in-house and at external CMT factories.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and AQL requirements.
- Identify defects and root causes, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, standardize, and implement QC reporting templates to track quality trends and ensure consistency.
- Train, guide, and mentor the QC team and production staff on best practices, inspection techniques, and quality standards.
- Ensure CMT pricing aligns with costed prices, working closely with production planning to maintain cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with production managers and CMT partners to meet deadlines while upholding strict quality requirements.
- Perform AQL QC inspections for outsourced and imported products, ensuring compliance with quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all quality inspections, reports, and resolutions.
- Travel to external CMT locations when required to oversee and audit production processes.
- Manage the QC team’s workload and schedule.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior quality control, garment tech, or quality auditor role within the clothing and textile industry.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric performance in high-performance apparel.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a QC team.
- Experience working with external CMTs and managing quality across multiple production streams.
- Proficiency in AQL standards and other global quality benchmarks.
- Ability to develop and implement QC templates, digital reports, and structured quality procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong computer skills, including quality reporting, email communication, and project management software.
- Ability to travel to external CMT locations when required.
