Job Description:
Engage, mentor and manage the business unit Employees
Develop, implement and mange the business unit business plan ensuring that it aligns with the groups strategy
Implement the group human resources processes and policies in line with the groups talent management framework
Implement and manage the business units transformation goals in line with the groups B-BBEE requirements
Implement financial planning and control for the business unit
Implement and manage legal and risk measures in line with the groups corporate risk and compliance frameworks
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have a Bachelors qualification within an engineering field
Must have a minimum of 7 years business experience with at least 3 years in a top-tier business leadership capacity
Must have multi-functional experience from Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Service delivery and Project management
Must have experience coming from a manufacturing plant background
Must have experience managing large staff compliments
