Finance Manager required for a reputable manufacturing company based in Komani, Eastern Cape
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience in a financial management role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
- Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Prepare financial models and conduct scenario planning
- Partner with operational departments (e.g., production, logistics, sales) to improve financial performance
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and costs
