Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Temporary Payroll Officer to join their team on a short-term assignment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Sage 300 and have experience working with a time and attendance system to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing using Sage 300
- Capturing and reconciling time and attendance data
- Handling payroll queries and adjustments
- Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
- Supporting the HR and Finance departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll administration
- Proficiency in Sage 300 (non-negotiable)
- Experience working on time and attendance systems
- Available immediately or at short notice
- Must reside in Pietermaritzburg
