Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented OTR National Tyre Manager to oversee our Off-the-Road (OTR) tyre operations nationwide. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the seamless delivery of products and services while driving profitability and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance OTR tyre sales and service operations across the country.
- Manage the national OTR tyre portfolio, including procurement, inventory, and distribution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Lead a team of regional managers and technicians, providing direction, training, and support to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in the OTR tyre industry or a related field, with a track record of success in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of OTR tyre products, applications, and services, particularly in mining, construction, or heavy industry sectors.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze performance metrics.
