This exciting opportunity is ideal for a seasoned product management professional looking to impact product strategy and execution within a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to drive product vision, strategy, and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Lead product development meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among teams.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members in best practices and methodologies.
• Manage the product lifecycle from inception to launch and continuous improvement.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs for future product enhancements.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or software industry.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products and managing the product lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior product managers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
