Job Summary
My client is looking for a problem-solving, detail-oriented Projects Supervisor to support the Project Manager in a variety of key projects pertaining to yellow fleet projects, product sourcing and delivery, and construction services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing management with daily reports on project status
• Completing relevant project paperwork as instructed by the Project Manager
• Working with project site agents ensuring project efficiency
• Preparation of own daily work plans and review of employee daily work plans.
• Assisting in the obtaining of quotations
• Assisting in the preparation of tenders
• Supporting the Project Manager in ensuring project compliance and quality.
• Assisting employees on ad hoc basis as required by the Project Manager
The Ideal Candidate must have :
• Minimum of National Diploma in Project Management (A degree is an added advantage)
• Understanding of project management with fleet experience, administrative and organizational skills are essential. (Knowledge of QMS & ISO is an added advantage)
• Experience in Project Supervision (Yellow fleet experience an added advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, ability to plan and organise.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, English, Sesotho and Afrikaans
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Minimum Code 8 Driver's license
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
