Job Summary
Hire Resolve is partnering with a reputable Logistics company to find a skilled Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager specializing in corporate sales, your role will be crucial in driving new business growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients through networking events, industry associations, and online research.
- Develop a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate organizations.
- Understand business challenges, objectives, and priorities to position our services as valuable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions aligned with corporate clients' unique requirements and goals.
- Conduct needs assessments, propose tailored offerings, and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to penetrate target markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
- Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats to inform effective sales strategies.
- Lead negotiations with corporate clients to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements throughout the negotiation and contract management process.
- Track sales performance metrics such as pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management to provide insights into sales progress and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales or business development roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B
- Strong understanding of corporate sales processes, sales methodologies, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; adept at articulating value propositions and influencing decision-makers across all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker capable of analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and devising innovative sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset; consistently meets or exceeds sales targets and drives revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills; meticulous attention to detail; proficient in interpreting data, analyzing trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills; collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and builds strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Adaptable and resilient; thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments; proficient at managing multiple priorities and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
