Established supplier of valve (and related) products is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the operations of the valves assembly and repairs workshop, ensuring that all activities are performed efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role involves managing a team of technicians, implementing efficient work standards and processes, and liaising with other departments to meet repair and assembly targets and maintain customer satisfaction. Position based in Edenvale, Johannesburg. Requirements: • Matric / N3 minimum • Qualification in engineering, manufacturing or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience in workshop management, preferably in the valve or related industries • Strong understanding of valve products, manufacturing processes and quality control standards • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a workshop environment Key Responsibilities: • Supervision and Leadership • Operations Management • Quality Control and Safety • Inventory Management • Budget Management • Customer Interaction Contact Scott on 0117041302
