What You’ll Do: As Training Centre Manager, you will partner with ownership to achieve company goals, engage clients, oversee finances, manage HR tasks, and maintain health and safety compliance. Pro HaS offers potential for future business ownership and commission for client acquisition – ideal for an entrepreneurial spirit!
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Goal setting: Work closely with the owners to develop strategies that drive Pro HaS’s growth and success.
• Client Engagement & Marketing: Market services, maintain brand image, network extensively, and assess client training needs.
• Team Leadership: Lead a supportive team of 4, delegate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and handle HR functions, including recruitment and exit interviews.
• Financial Management: Oversee quotes, asset registers, and financial documents and generate reports.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety training, inspect workplaces, and stay updated on industry regulations and legal documents.
Ideal Qualifications:
• Experience with Sage, Microsoft Office, and solid marketing skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and knowledgeable in HR management.
• Familiarity with health and safety legislation.
